A NOTE FROM THE 2011 BOOSHWAY
Hello
I'm Frenchie your Booshway for the 2011 PPR. I would like to invite all of you to Coffee Pot Flat in Paisley, Oregon for the 2011 PPR. We have a wonderful site on the Shaw Ranch and Fremont National Forest that offers wooded camping, open meadows and nice a mountain creek. On top of that the Chewaucan River is only a short hike away.
We would like to remind everybody that this is a pre 1840 primitive rendezvous. Please come to this event with the proper cloths and all camp gear. All traders are asked to keep all trade goods in line with the period. We would like to see everybody put effort into keeping with the spirit of rendezvous and keep things correct. Don't complain about noise if you camp next to a rowdy camp and there will be no designated "Rowdy Camp" so know who you camp next to. This is a rendezvous!!
My staff and myself have planned as many activities as we can cram into the time we have. We have shooting ranges for all rifle, pistol, flint, trade gun and shot guns. Plus we can accommodate cannon and many specialty shoots. We also have archery shoots and a hawk/knife trail. Not to mention more interesting seminars than you can attend. There will be a horse camp and riding adventures for those who bring horses. Plus a full slate of things for kids to do from young to old.
So, please come and join us for some "Shinning Times" at Coffee Pot Flat and the 2011 PPR. We are celebrating 20 strong years this year at the PPR.
Thanks Frenchie
