Pacific Rendezvous Corporation

This corporation, created with the intent to provide the event known as Pacific Primitive Rendezvous, was established in 1995 and registered in the State of Oregon. The Officers of the Corporate Board, including a President, Secretary, and Treasurer, handle all corporate affairs with the State, while the Event Council handles all event affairs. The Event Council is organized with a set of Officers including a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Purser, as well as a pair of voting Representatives and a pair of non-voting advisors from each participating State and Province. Each Officer and each Representative have 1 (one) vote during meetings.
